The role
Operating from a premier service operation, this will prove a busy role. You will be involved in service bookings, liaison with the service team and clients, and report to the branch Service Manager.

The skills needed
Prior service advisory skills within a franchise environment are preferred for this role. The employer may also consider allied experience such as a person who has held a role as a Warranty Administrator, Fleet Maintenance Controller, or similar.

While a trade qualification is not required for this position, it would be beneficial.

Being a front-line role, excellent customer interfacing skills are needed as is a good standard of personal presentation. A good level of computer literacy is also a requirement, and prior experience with dealership DMS (CRM) systems would be a distinct advantage.
