We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service and Warranty Administrator to take on an interesting and varied role in a top volume brand dealership.
The main responsibility will be to manage the service and warranty function in a busy volume brand dealership. In addition to this you will also be able to support the service team with additional duties.
Managing all service and warranty paperwork
Completing audit procedures
Managing manufacturers dealer standards
Changing dealer standards as required
Closing and invoicing job cards to meet required deadlines
Monitoring and amending claim status
Handling queries and complaints in conjunction with the Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager
Additional support duties for the dealership as and when required
The successful applicant will ideally already have a service administration and warranty background and be keen to join a volume brand dealership.
The following skills, experience and attributes are required:
Service admin and warranty claims experience in the automotive sector
Solid computer skills
An organised worker with strong attention to detail
Front line grooming and presentation
Ability to provide customer service at the highest level
Sound automotive knowledge
A team player happy to help out wherever required
