Merry Christmas and a much anticipated Happy New Year 2021

The team at Automotive Employment NZ would like to wish all our clients and job seekers a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. There can be no doubt 2020 has been a tough year for many yet a time of opportunity also for some.
Heading towards Christmas our thoughts are with those most impacted by Covid-19, those who lost loved ones, those who lost jobs and are still struggling and those who’s health was impacted by the pandemic that has affected all our lives around the globe.
Planning that took place in the last quarter of 2020 saw a renewed focus on developing new opportunities for job seekers. With Automotive Employment NZ forging forward with growth plans in 2021 and current advertising taking place for an additional consultant to join our team, we hope to deliver the motor industries top roles for the new year.
While those still suffering from the financial impacts of redundancies will have been harshly impacted during 2020, December 2020 saw the highest number of job vacancies listed with Automotive Employment NZ since May 2009, which was the end of the global financial crisis. We expect large volumes of listings to occur from Mid-January and trust that the major impacts of COVID-19 will dissipate as 2021 rolls on.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas we sign off with positive thoughts for a 2021 that will hopefully bring new growth for us all.
