The year that was.
2019 has been a busy year for us and a time of unprecedented change. We welcomed on board Racheal Stephens and Jo Ann Robinson and both consultants have hit the ground running providing Automotive Employment NZ will a strong 6 months trading after their commencement.
Completely new fully digitised systems were rolled out doing the year bringing the company inline with the most sophisticated systems available in our industry including new applicant tracking systems, digitised document management systems, video technology, and new systems to handle every increasing work loads in the key appointment sector along with new requisition software for our corporate clientele.
Our parent company JOBCORP NZ Ltd started Property Employment NZ in December providing increased opportunities across both the automotive and now property employment sector. New Zealand Immigration made major changes in October 2019 and long-term employee of 17 years Vanessa Godbaz took up a full-time role as our Licensed Immigration Adviser working alongside with the already established relationships we have with Auckland Immigration Services. This has proved a major boost helping offshore migrants and employers needing these services immensely.
Our New Zealand job seekers increased during 2019 positioning Automotive Employment NZ to supply highly skilled staff in a candidate short market many are struggling with.
It has been a great year for Automotive Employment NZ Ltd and behalf of the team we thank all those companies and job seekers who used our services in 2019.
