The salary updates are the opinion of the Automotive Employment NZ consulting team. Rates are taken from actual hires during the 2013 to 2014 year and the accumulative national experience of our team.
While our consulting team believes the rates will prove accurate, it does need to be noted this is our opinion and should be used as a guide only.
We respect some employers and employees in the industry may have differing opinions to our own. Where an employee’s skills are in the process of developing or superior employee performance and or long term tenure is evident, consideration to these factors may also be taken into account, as should location.
