Known to the team as “Flo”, Florina is the friendly voice you will hear when calling our Jobcorp office.
Florina Bispo currently holds the role in Jobcorp, the parent company of Automotive Employment NZ Ltd, as our Recruitment and Immigration Support. She is also involved as a Candidate Manager for the company and will soon also be involved in the provision of licensed immigration advice.
Born in Lucerne, Switzerland, Florina first moved to New Zealand in 2018. She holds a BA in Primary Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Creative Arts. Florina is presently in the final stages of Part 1 of the Graduate Diploma in NZ Immigration Advice. Soon graduating, the next step for Florina is to be able to provide licensed immigration advice under a provisional license.
Florina will become the 3rd licensed immigration adviser for Jobcorp. She will continue training under a provisional license until fully qualified while also supporting the recruitment and immigration divisions.
Florina initially worked as a ECE/Kindergarten, Primary School, and Secondary School Teacher. She also worked as Head of Communications at an NPO for 3 years.
English, Swiss German and French are all languages spoken by Florina.
