The role

An opportunity has become available within their team, and they are looking for an After Sales Advisor who will provide technical and product support to their customers and deliver the best customer service possible.

Main duties:

  • Deal with after sales product issues and queries
  • Establish issues with products and work to find a solution / fix the product for the client
  • Have enough mechanical knowledge and logical reasoning to find solutions for issues
  • Ability to work in a complex environment
  • Manage repairs and comebacks withing the team and with external parties
  • Report all issues on the relevant systems
  • Liaise with rest of the team to find suitable solutions
  • Ensure improvements are made in accordance with feedback received from customers
  • Ensure top KPI's for resolution of issues, clients satisfaction, product feedback
  • Report and track product issue cost
  • Create and update installation, repair videos and articles

Other duties:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Handle email enquiries
  • Obtain quotes and pricing for customers
  • Effective communication with customers
  • Handle customer care calls
  • Manage after sales follow up's via phone & email
  • Ensure product knowledge is up to date
  • Handle sales orders
  • Maintain customer database
  • Optimal use of internal computer systems 


Skills sought
