The employer

The employer is a distributor of workshop equipment involved in a wide range of high end capital equipment used in automotive workshops.

The role

This role will require you to service, diagnose, and repair a range of workshop equipment including aligners, balancers, tyre changers, and diagnostic equipment.

There is a content of client visitation and communication with the end users and managers.

Skills required

In a perfect world, you will have maintained workshop equipment in the past but we recognise that these skills are difficult to secure.

In the absence of having previous workshop equipment servicing / repair skills, we need a technician who has perhaps worked as a general automotive repair technician, not just with tyres, who wants to expand their career and move into a more diversified role with career potential.

Remuneration and career scope

Remuneration is targeted at the $60,000 - $65,000 mark, with a primarily 40 hour week.
