This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join a well-established franchise dealership in a prime Wellington location.

You will be based at a high performing franchise dealership in the Wellington region that forms part of a larger automotive group, offering genuine opportunities for career progression.

Working within the new vehicle division, your responsibilities will include:

• Selling new vehicles and consistently achieving sales targets
• Pricing and appraising trade-ins
• Presenting vehicles professionally to customers
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing vehicle deliveries and structuring sales deals
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve dealership objectives
• Providing guidance and support to junior sales staff

 
The skills sought
Applicants must have prior new vehicle sales experience and, above all, the right attitude. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
 
Experience within a franchise dealership environment will be highly regarded. A proven sales track record is essential, along with the flexibility to work weekends.
 
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are key - this role suits someone who is driven to succeed individually while contributing to team success.
