The successful applicant
- This is not an entry level role and you will need prior, relevant motor vehicle sales experience and the energy to meet your KPIs
- At least 3 years of prior vehicle sales experience in a franchise dealership
- Proven track record / ability to reach and surpass high targets
- High standards of personal grooming
- Accomplished communication skills
