The role
The main responsibility will be to support the sales team in a busy volume brand dealership. The role is busy and interesting offering plenty of variety and career opportunities for those hungry for growth.
Duties include:
- Managing all new and fleet orders paperwork
- Invoicing and processing of orders
- Registration of new vehicles
- Completing audit procedures
- General sales administration duties as required
- Accurate ordering of product specifications
- Managing manufacturers dealer standards
- Arrange stock transfers and dealer swaps
- Liaise with management, staff and business customers ensuring effective working relationships
- Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, and requirements
- Additional support duties for the dealership as and when required
Requirements
The successful applicant will ideally already have an administration background and be keen to join a volume brand dealership. The following skills, experience and attributes are required:
- Previous dealership admin or stock control skills needed
- Strong and efficient computer skills
- Corporate presentation
- An organized worker with strong attention to detail
- Front line grooming and presentation
- Ability to provide customer service at the highest level
- Sound automotive knowledge
- A team player happy to help wherever required
