The ideal candidate will already be selling construction, forestry, agricultural, paving, or mining equipment.
Consideration may also be given to product management staff from allied heavy equipment industries.
Equipment hire operations staff and heavy service managers who are employed in this sector may be considered.
Indeed any number of employees with the strength of personality and knowledge of the heavy diesel sectors outlined may be considered.
Your communication skills will need to be top class.
The rewards
The challenge and reward for the skills sought is significant.
A strong, financially rewarding salary, company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and medical insurance all complement a largely 40-hour, 5 day week. The exception being company conferences, social events, and field day type activities.
