About the role

The successful candidate would be responsible for the large rental equipment fleet and branch network as well as driving revenue by selling hire solutions to the customers within the Hawkes Bay region.
What are the skills we seek?
The ideal candidate will already be selling or be involved in the heavy hire of construction, forestry, agricultural, paving, or mining equipment. Consideration may also be given to product management staff from allied heavy equipment industries, as well as equipment hire operations staff and Heavy Service Managers who are employed in this sector.
Indeed, any number of employees with the strength of personality and knowledge of the heavy diesel sectors outlined may be considered. Your communication skills as well as relationship building skills will need to be top class.
It would be an added bonus if you were to be well connected within the industry.
