AMI MotorHub, is an exciting and innovative new division of AMI RepairHub providing cutting edge motor solutions throughout New Zealand.

​

As the new Technical Advisor your role will be to provide comprehensive technical assistance and support to customers based at the newly built Hobsonville site. The site will have innovative diagnostic technology making them unique in their industry.

​

Responsibilities and duties within the role:

• Provide technical assistance to customers

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

• Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and advise on repair process

• Work cohesively with the Customer Care team to ensure that the repairs are carried out on time

• Ensure that the customer service experience is at the highest level

• All other administrative duties in relation to the role

The essential skills required

• Qualified Automotive Advanced Trade / Master Technician with strong diagnostic skills

• Be confident, articulate and have professional speaking abilities

• This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner

• Have resilience to handle challenging or high-pressure situations

• Basic competency with MS Excel, and excellent written communication skills are also required.

• Experience with a DMS / CRM system will be highly advantageous
