We are looking for an Service Manager with a background in agricultural equipment to take up this excellent opportunity at one of the leading providers of agricultural machinery in New Zealand. The site is based in Waikato where housing is affordable and work life balance is achievable.

Duties within the role

• Manage and motivate a team of 6 technicians
• Offer exceptional customer service and attend to all queries
• Controlling budgets and ensuring targets / KPI's are achieved
• Development of existing and new clients
• Be able to be hands on when you need to be

Requirements

• Ideally you will be experienced in a management or foreman role
• Strong communicator both verbally and in business correspondence
• Hold an automotive or relevant trade qualification
• Prior experience in the agricultural sector of the motor industry
• Have good problem solving skills
• Ensuring good productivity and efficiencies
• Proven track record with people management and with enhancing and developing business opportunities
