We are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this Service Advisor vacancy and assist in the success of this top dealership.
The role
You will work alongside a capable team of technicians and a Service Manager to ensure the service department runs smoothly and achieves maximum productivity and efficiency.
You will be the link between customers and the service department and your aim will also be to increase service sales and make sure that the level of customer service is held to the highest standard.
Duties will include booking in vehicles, discussing repair work carried out with customers, follow up work on service bookings, as well as admin and other service department related duties.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Service Administrator or Advisor in an automotive dealership is most preferred though we will consider a senior technician or Workshop Foreman with strong customer service skills wanting to move off the tools.
Further requirements:
- An automotive technical qualification is preferred though knowledge of the automotive industry is more important
- Experience on DMS systems
- Team player
- Clear communication skills
- Excellent customer service ability
- Solid computer literacy skills
- Attention to detail and organisational ability
