The role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is professional and seamless.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
- Liaising between customers and technicians
- Providing service updates and repair estimates
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Assisting in achieving service department targets
Skills and experience required
- Previous Service Advisor experience in a franchise dealership is preferred
- Experience in a similar automotive customer service role will also be considered
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and computer skills
- Full, clean driver's licence
