Do you have a passion for the automotive industry and a talent for delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a well-established, franchise dealership in Wellington.
 
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key representative of the dealership's brands. Creating a welcoming, professional experience will be at the heart of everything you do.
 
You'll thrive in a modern, high-performing environment and take pride in providing the level of service expected from a leading dealership.

 
Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for customers booking in vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Respond to enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion
  • Manage bookings and maintain an organised service schedule
  • Stay on top of a fast-paced workload, using strong organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly
 
What we're looking for
  • Experience in a Service Advisor or other relevant role within the automotive industry
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to motivate and support others
  • Confidence working in a busy, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full, clean driver's licence
  • Friendly, approachable manner
  • Solid computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
