The role
Based in a premier service department, this is a busy and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
  • Acting as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer care throughout the service process
This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with quality products and systems.
 
 
Skills and experience required
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchise dealership is preferred
  • Allied experience will also be considered e.g. Warranty Administrator, Fleet Maintenance Controller, or similar
  • An automotive trade qualification is not required but would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and strong organisational ability
  • Good computer literacy. Prior experience with dealership DMS / CRM systems is highly regarded
