The role
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and work closely alongside the successful Workshop Manager to ensure that the policies and procedures are followed in the workshop.
Further duties include:
- Supervision of a team of technicians
- Booking of vehicles
- Control the workflow and job prioritisation throughout the workshop
- Job allocation to technicians ensuring high levels of productivity
- Liaison with the sales staff, customers, and Service Manager regarding general workshop control
- Explaining complex work completed to customers
- Basic administration duties
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive workshop is essential
- Can do attitude
- Well organised
- Able to cope well in a pressurised environment
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills required
- Stable work history
- Good computer literacy
