About the role
This exciting opportunity offers a role whereby you will be responsible for overall operations, growth, development, and profitability of the network. You will ensure that the network upholds the highest standards of service delivery within the North Island region of stores.
This role offers progression, autonomy, and a continued opportunity to work strategically with the stores in your PMA to increase and improve their overall sales and operations.
What are the skills we seek?
The ideal candidate will be living in Palmerston North although surrounding areas will be considered.
Your communication skills will need to be top class and you will need solid relationship building skills. It will be a massive advantage if you are already well connected within the automotive industry, specifically in the tyre industry, though business management experience in other industries are of consideration.
You will have proven success in driving sales, have a solid understanding of business operations and setting KPI’s as well as the successful achievement of these. Due to the seniority of the role you will be responsible for monthly reports on business performance, expense budgets, forecasts, and the overall profitability of the stores.
The rewards
A financially rewarding salary, company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and other incentives all complement a 5-day week. The exception being company conferences and social events.
