We're seeking skilled collision repairers (panel beaters)
Join a team dedicated to restoring vehicles to OEM standards using the latest repair methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess structural damage and execute precise repairs using modern chassis straightening equipment
  • Repair, replace, or reshape vehicle panels
  • Carry out repairs using modern repair methods and equipment
  • Align body components to manufacturer specifications using OEM repair techniques
  • Collaborate with painters, mechanics, and teams to ensure seamless workflow and vehicle safety
  • Document repair processes where required and ensure compliance with quality control guidelines


Skills and experience required:

  • Relevant NZ/Australian trade qualification in panel beating/collision repair, or equivalent international certification
  • Proven expertise in collision repair, including chassis alignment and repair
  • Proficiency with modern repair equipment (frame benches, welding tools, measuring systems)
  • Familiarity with OEM repair standards and hybrid/EV structural considerations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines


Essential requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to Australia
  • NZ citizenship or eligibility for an Australian Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417/462)
