You will be working as a Marine Diesel Mechanic carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and refit work on high-performance diesel-powered superyachts.

This workshop operates to an immaculate standard, and technicians are expected to reflect this in both their workmanship and how they carry out their work onboard. Attention to detail, respect for the vessel, and maintaining a pristine environment are always essential.
Skills sought
You must hold a relevant diesel qualification and have proven experience as a Marine Diesel Mechanic within the recreational marine sector.

About the role
You will be working as a Marine Diesel Mechanic carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and refit work on high-performance diesel-powered superyachts.
Duties will include:
- Servicing and maintenance of high-speed diesel engines (e.g. MTU, MAN, Caterpillar, Volvo Penta)
- Advanced fault finding and diagnostics across engine management and electronic control systems
- Repairs to fuel, cooling, turbocharging, and exhaust systems
- Supporting engine removals, installations, and repower projects
- Assisting with shaft alignment, drivetrain setup, and propulsion system integration
- Maintenance of auxiliary systems including generators, pumps, and hydraulics
- Involvement in refit and upgrade projects on high-end vessels
- Conducting commissioning and sea trial support
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and care while working onboard vessels

- Exposure to refits, repowers, or major mechanical repairs
- Ability to work to tight tolerances with a high level of precision
- A strong focus on cleanliness, organisation, and immaculate workmanship
- Professional attitude and the ability to work within high-value client environments
