Description

• Selling new and used light passenger vehicles within a franchise dealership environment
• Guiding customers through the full sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
• Proactively generating new business through prospecting, networking, and repeat/referral opportunities
• Maintaining strong follow-up processes to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
• Presenting vehicles professionally while aligning solutions to customer needs
• Contributing to a motivated, high-performing sales team culture

 
Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail sales with a demonstrated ability to close deals
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and confident in a competitive sales environment
• Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-first approach
• Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence
