The role
As a Light Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Selling new vehicles and consistently achieving sales targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and well-informed
• Pricing and appraising trade-ins, structuring competitive deals, and managing vehicle deliveries
• Prospecting for new business and nurturing relationships with repeat customers
• Collaborating with your team to ensure dealership goals are met
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the automotive market

What we're looking for
You'll need to have proven sales experience in the automotive sector, ideally in a franchise dealership setting. We are looking for:

• A track record of success in vehicle sales - you know how to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
• A positive, professional, and highly motivated attitude with a passion for providing top-class customer service
• A solid work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills - you'll be building relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in an evolving industry.
• Valid driver's license and the right to work in New Zealand
