The role

• Servicing, maintenance, and minor to major repairs on a wide range of forklifts
• Carrying out diagnostics and electrical fault-finding
• Field service work where required
• Responding to breakdowns and customer call-outs
• Liaising professionally with customers and maintaining service standards

 
Skills sought
Applicants will hold a relevant automotive or mechanical trade qualification and have proven experience working on electric, diesel, and/or LPG forklifts, with experience on other heavy or construction equipment considered an advantage.
 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, the ability to complete major repairs independently, and the confidence to work unsupervised when required. A customer-focused approach, good verbal and written English communication skills, and a high level of efficiency and attention to detail are essential, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
