The opportunity
This role is based at a well-established Ford dealership. Ford Diagnostic or Master Technician brand training is a requirement for these opportunities.
 
The employer is a modern, well-equipped, and professionally run Ford dealership. Supported by an experienced Service Manager who encourages a collaborative and efficient working environment.
 
 
The role

• Servicing, repair, and diagnostics on Ford passenger vehicles 
• Mechanical work on other used and trade-in vehicles as required 
• Completing work to a high standard in line with franchise expectations 

 
Skills sought

• Ford franchise brand training, ideally at Diagnostic or Master Technician level 
• Recognised automotive trade qualification 
• Proven experience repairing, servicing, and diagnosing passenger vehicles 
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability 
• Ability to carry out major mechanical repairs 
• Willingness and ability to assist and mentor junior technicians 
• Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach 
• Computer literacy
