JOBCORP NZ Ltd has two divisions, our established motor industry recruitment business and a property recruitment business. The company is long established and respected.
With the release of our JOB RESCUE AND RECOVERY PROGRAM, the opportunity to pivot into employee assistance and providing advice on restructures has emerged. We are perfectly placed to launch HR and IR services into our market niche through the program.
COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on employers in our market niche. We already provide professional services to industry with in-house services including licensed immigration advice, general consulting, and a psychometrist. This is a small but very special step for us.
Already capable in the area of employment claims and restructuring, wider responsibility for the company means the director can support the initiative and build the employee assistance business. He needs a contractor who is conversant with employment law to help.
It is important to note, this is not a full-time role, it will take time to build scale and remuneration is initially by way of contract for the hours you work. It is entirely conceivable you will experience a light workload initially.
The role is initially home based during COVID Levels 2 to 4. After this you will have a choice to work remotely or work with our consulting team at our Botany Junction offices. You will need to reside in Auckland - ideally, but not necessarily in the East Auckland area as some employer visitation will be required when we move to level 2.
Consideration to either a contract of service or for service will be considered.
