Seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic with experience in heavy road transport vehicles. This company runs a superior operation in Greymouth and provide maintenance, servicing, and repairs for trucks and trailers.


The role and experience required

• The Diesel Mechanic role involves maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a fleet of trucks and trailers.
• You will also require a full set of diesel mechanic skills and hold a relevant NZ automotive trade certificate or offshore equivalent.
• Prior auto experience on commercial vehicles is required.
• You should be a team player and be happy to settle in a rural town of New Zealand.

Remuneration and perks
We invite applications from quality Diesel Mechanic and it is likely this vacancy will remunerate considerably more than you are currently being paid i.e. starting rate of $45 per hour, or more for the right skills and experience.

You will be provided with a full set of uniforms and have the option to work as much overtime as you would like - uncapped at time after the minimum weekly hours of work.

This is a full time, permanent role with a work week of a minimum of 40 hours per week.
