Our client is looking for a skilled applicant to join their dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor.
You will be required to complete large volumes of service administration and computer work as well as extensive liaison with the workshop and parts staff, customers, and suppliers both face to face and over email and telephone.
You will also need to control workshop activities which will involve job allocation and working alongside the Service Manager.
A technical heavy automotive background is ideal although a local candidate with extensive customer service experience will be considered.
Applicants should have a strong administrative ability and be computer literate.
You will need to be a team player with clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of initiative.
