The varied role and its duties and responsibilities

The Client Care Consultant is to lead and engage in providing support and client experience by delivering the highest level of service for all clients. As an ambassador for this exciting client care role you will play a critical part in creating an exceptional customer experience for tenants, landlords and all others across their journey with the The Rent Shop.

Duties include but are not limited to the following: (Full job description is available on request):
  • Establish and continuously develop a relationship with landlords and tenants
  • Promote and offer advice on insurances for landlords as well as to sell valued added products beneficial to the tenants
  • To act as a brand ambassador for The Rent Shop by being the first port of call and offering the highest level of service to landlords and tenants
  • Service focused background with a natural ability to manage all areas of exceptional customer service
  • Operational support with ensuring all compliance standards are adhered to
  • To Aid in and assist the national growth of business through all Rent Shop regions across New Zealand.

The person we ideally want to join our forward-thinking team

As you have read, we are a forward-thinking dynamic team that has a fantastic work culture so firstly we want you to be energized, dynamic with intelligence to match. It would be great if you have studied and achieved qualifications, but this is not entirely essential -just preferred.

The vibrant successful candidate will have to offer excellent customer experience skills as well as to have strong negotiation skills. Experience working in high end service environments would be advantageous to this role.

Your IT literacy should be complemented with great communication skills both electronically and verbally and you will need to be flexible with the ever-changing variety of duties. Your personal grooming is important and so too your desire to progress within our organisation.
