About Mazda New Zealand

Mazda is more than a car company - we are driven by a philosophy to enrich life-in-motion for those we serve. Our purpose is to create uplifting experiences, emotionally and physically, for our customers and communities. We are guided by values that are radically human, embody a challenger spirit and deliver omotenashi - thoughtful service that anticipates needs and exceeds expectations.

Mazda's ambition is to be the benchmark for customer experience, delivering uplifting, personalised interactions at every touchpoint. We believe in forging lasting connections, creating "one-size-fits-one" experiences, and anticipating customer needs with empathy and care. The Mazda Mindset differentiates us by fostering a consistently elevated experience for both internal and external customers.

Mazda New Zealand enjoys one of the more stable workforces in the New Zealand motor industry. The resulting employee satisfaction makes roles at this level a rarity, as roles at Mazda New Zealand rarely emerge. As an example, the valued incumbent employee leaves this role after more than 2 decades of impressive service to the company.
