About the role
The capability to foster close relationships with motor industry executives and finance companies is essential. Your clients will be involved in dealer finance, retail sales management, supervisory, F&I, lease, fleet, or be distributors, finance companies, and/or insurers.
The role involves both exploring the full scope of business opportunities within the range of accounts you manage, as well as fostering new and uncharted conquest business. Managing existing accounts is paired with the focus on new development of business.
This successful brand enjoys industry wide success through high levels of customer loyalty. Your relationships are pivotal to retaining business and building your portfolios.
The stakes are high, and you will need to build trust and confidence. The product has the best offering so you will have an advantage on your competitors, but the competition for business in this market sector means a powerful focus on driving business forward is required.
The skills we are seeking
You will ideally be well connected across the motor and/or finance and insurance sectors. Established networks would be even better. A motor industry or finance related background is mandatory for application unless you can provide evidence of the kind of connectivity we are seeking.
You will be a New or Used Vehicle Sales Manager, Supervisor, an F&I (finance/ insurance) professional, a fleet lease executive, or a current Business Development Manager calling on motor vehicle dealerships at the level of decision makers. You could also be a Dealer Operations Manager or be genuinely ready for your next big challenge.
One thing is certain, your relationship building skills will need to be exceptional, your personal presentation among the best in the industry, and you will be proud your communication skills are among the best the industry has to offer. You will need confidence and a drive to succeed.
