We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Tinters to join our client in the warm and sunny Queensland. You will play a crucial role in transforming vehicles through professional window tinting, ensuring customers drive away with both style and functionality.

The role

• Apply window tinting film to automotive glass surfaces, adhering to established standards and procedures
• Evaluate customers' requirements and recommend suitable tinting options based on their preferences, legal regulations, and vehicle specifications
• Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and removing any existing tinting or debris
• Utilize precision cutting techniques to measure and trim tinting film accurately
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of tinting film to achieve a flawless finish
• Inspect tinted windows for quality control, identifying and rectifying any imperfections or errors
• Adhere to industry best practices, safety guidelines, and local regulations while working on vehicles
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in window tinting technology and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, and delivering a positive overall experience

Requirements for the role

• Proven experience as an Automotive Tinter, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects
• Deep understanding of various window tinting films, their properties, and applications
• Experience in paint protection systems
• Proficiency in using tinting tools and equipment such as heat guns, razors, and squeegees
• Solid knowledge of local regulations regarding window tinting and legal limits
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for precision.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different vehicle models
• Full drivers license
