This upmarket workshop is based in Whangarei and is looking for a superstar for their expanding business. They mainly work on high end European vehicles and have the newest diagnostic equipment. To be considered for these roles your diagnostic skills should be top class and if you have a franchise background this will be highly advantageous.
The role
Although this workshop is aftermarket, the processes, facilities, and diagnostic gear are not very different to dealership life.
Your day to day duties would include repairs on brakes, gearboxes, general servicing and both mechanical and electrical repairs.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8h00 to 16h30 and no weekend work. You will be measured on productivity, efficiency, and "get it right first time".
Though the focus is on European vehicles, there will be a variety of other brands with the opportunity to work on European prestige and luxury vehicles.
Requirements
Benefits and rewards
Job satisfaction is everything in this role as the owners value hard work and dedication and reward you accordingly.
You will get your birthday off and will be paid for it. Barbeques are a weekly occurrence and, when it comes to family responsibilities, the owners value family and will support you when you need it.
This role offers an attractive hourly rate with no weekend work, offering a true work life balance.
