Key responsibilities
- Complete scheduled servicing, repairs and diagnostic work
- Carry out vehicle inspections and identify faults accurately
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues
- Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding job progress and findings
- Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation
- Keep your work area clean, organised and safe
- Take part in ongoing brand training and technical development
- Support a positive, productive and professional workshop culture
What we are looking for
- Relevant automotive trade qualification
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership environment
- Franchise and brand training experience highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Confidence using modern diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
- Current full driver's licence
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, positive attitude and strong team focus
- A genuine interest in ongoing learning and development
