We are seeking a trade qualified Automotive Technician to join a respected and long-standing dealership in Masterton.
 
This role is ideal for technicians with experience across leading volume brands looking to join a supportive team in a modern, well-equipped workshop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintenance of a range of passenger and light commercial vehicles
  • Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Completing both minor and major mechanical work to a high standard
  • Using modern diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently
 
 
Skills sought
  • Recognised automotive trade qualification
  • Experience working on late-model vehicles, preferably on volume brands though experience on a range of brands will be considered
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Confidence using electronic diagnostic tools
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-focused workshop
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and meeting deadlines
