The role
This position is based within a reputable franchise dealership workshop. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance on light passenger vehicles
  • Reporting directly to the Workshop Foreman and Service Manager
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Liaising with parts and service teams to ensure efficient workflow
What we're looking for
  • Relevant automotive trade qualification
  • Proven experience as a technician in a franchise dealership environment
  • Strong capability in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
  • Experience across multiple brands (franchise training advantageous but not essential)
  • Solid diagnostic skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • A team-focused approach with a strong work ethic
  • Positive, professional attitude
