Key responsibilities
- Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repair work across premium vehicle brands
- Complete detailed vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Work in line with manufacturer specifications, service procedures, and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding job progress and technical findings
- Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
- Ensure all job cards and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Stay up to date with evolving automotive technologies and manufacturer training
About you
- Relevant automotive trade qualification
- Proven experience as a Senior or Master Technician in a modern dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic and electrical fault-finding capability
- Confident using manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and software
- Current full driver's licence
- High standards of workmanship with a strong team-first attitude
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset
