About the role
You will be a key player in the employer's modern workshop, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standard on our range of premium new vehicles.
 
This senior position requires technical excellence, leadership, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
 
Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic procedures, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of premium brand vehicles
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate estimates for work required
• Adhere to all manufacturer specifications, service procedures, and safety protocols
• Liaise directly with Service Advisors to communicate repair status and recommendations clearly
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians and apprentices
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
• Complete all job documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and manufacturer training

 
The ideal candidate

• A relevant automotive trade qualification
• Proven experience as a Senior or Master Technician within a modern dealership environment
• Specialist diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting expertise
• Proficiency with manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and software
• A current full driver's licence
• A strong focus on quality workmanship, efficiency, and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
