• Large, well-structured service operations supported by a professional, customer-focused team of Service Advisors who pride themselves on delivering a premium service experience
• Working within a busy, high-performing service department - fast pace and diverse role
• Manage service bookings, communicate closely with customers and the workshop team, and support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service operation

The skills needed

• Previous Service Advisor experience in a franchise dealership preferred
• Applicants with closely related experience such as within Warranty Administration, Fleet Coordination, or similar roles will also be considered
• A trade qualification is not essential but is advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Professional presentation
• High level of customer service focus
• Good computer skills are essential
• Experience with dealership DMS/CRM systems is also advantageous
