Working within a busy, high-performing service department, this role offers variety and responsibility. You will manage service bookings, communicate closely with customers and the workshop team, and support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service operation.

The skills needed
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise dealership is preferred, though applicants with closely related experience—such as Warranty Administration, Fleet Coordination, or similar roles—will also be considered.
 
A trade qualification is not essential but would be advantageous.
 
As a key customer-facing role, you'll need strong communication skills, a professional presentation, and a high level of customer service focus. Good computer skills are essential, and experience with dealership DMS/CRM systems will be a definite advantage.
