We're seeking skilled automotive refinishers (spray painters)
The roles require skilled and qualified automotive refinishers that can produce a standard of finish as close to OEM standard as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Proven expertise in automotive refinishing, including colour matching, paint blending, and mixing skills are required despite the level of technology provided
• Familiarity with modern water and solvent based paints
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use advanced spray equipment and tools that achieve showroom-quality results
• Maintain a clean, efficient workspace while adhering to safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with others to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer outcomes

Essential requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Australia
• Relevant NZ/Australian trade qualification in spray painting/automotive refinishing, or equivalent international certification. A high standard of refinishing experience is also required
• NZ citizenship OR eligibility for an Australian Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417/462)

Subject to normal criteria it may be possible to obtain either visas or residency later subject to qualifying criteria as stipulated on the Australian Immigration website. • New Zealand citizens can travel and work in Australia without significant delays
