Seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician with experience in heavy road transport vehicles. This company runs a superior operation in Greymouth and provide maintenance, servicing, and repairs for trucks and trailers.


The role and experience required
The Auto Electrician role involves fault finding and electrical repairs on a fleet of trucks and trailers with the use of diagnostic scan tools provided.

You will require a full set of auto electrical skills and hold a relevant NZ automotive trade certificate or offshore equivalent.

Prior auto electrical experience on commercial vehicles including A/C systems is required.

You should be a team player and be happy to settle in a rural town of New Zealand.


Remuneration and perks
We invite applications from quality Automotive Electricians and it is likely this vacancy will remunerate considerably more than you are currently being paid i.e. starting rate of $40 per hour, or more for the right skills and experience.

You will be provided with a full set of uniforms and have the option to work as much overtime as you would like - uncapped at time after the minimum weekly hours of work.

This is a full time, permanent role with a work week of a minimum of 40 hours per week.
