This multifaceted role combines accounts payable and receivable work, in which you will require previous experience, along with other duties including processing of sales documentation as well as service coordination.
This role may ideally suit someone who thrives in both structured tasks and interactive environments. This is a full time role - 40 hours per week with a degree of flexibility.
Key responsibilities:
- The role involves a mix of front-line customer interfacing and administration
- End-to-end accounts payable/receivable processes
- Social media creation, response, and audience development
- Reconcile invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve queries
- Customer service and sales support
- Support service operations with administrative tasks and liaise with customers and the service team regarding work in progress
- Support sales teams with post-sale follow-ups and documentation and vehicle documentation
- Process new vehicle sales registrations
- Flexibility of duties is paramount; there is a wide range of administrative tasks that could also accompany the role
- Skills: proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or transferrable financial administration skills
- Strong competency in Microsoft 365 programs and ability to navigate CRM systems
- A bright articulate, and professional person with exceptional interpersonal skills, confident in front-line roles and detail-driven in administrative tasks is required
- Bonus: motor industry experience (ideal but not essential)
- Qualifications and experience: minimum NCEA 2 or equivalent
- High standards of personal presentation and an engaging, warm style of communication
