We are currently looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator for this vehicle parts supplier in South Auckland. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.


Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
• Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required
• Effectively communicate with staff and external vendors regarding financial matters
