Cassandra Spanidis
Operations Manager
Cassandra fulfils the responsibilities of Operations Manager at Jobcorp NZ Ltd, the parent company for Jobcorp Immigration, Automotive Employment NZ and Property Employment NZ.
Cassandra spent 4 years studying at the University of Johannesburg where she obtained a Bachelor Honours degree in Psychology. After completing her Honours, she went on to complete a 6-month internship and passed a South African national board exam to become a qualified Independent Psychometrist.
Prior to joining Jobcorp NZ Ltd, Cassandra had already gained recruitment support experience along with customer service, front desk, and admin experience during and after her studies.
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Cassandra made a permanent move to Auckland at the end of 2014. She has rapidly obtained knowledge of NZ's motor industry and of NZ itself having joined Automotive Employment NZ Ltd in January 2015 in the role of Para Consultant/Project Administrator. Her career journey with Jobcorp, which includes the positions of Recruitment Executive/Psychometrist, and Consultant and Immigration Support, has culminated in her role as Operations Manager.
Aside from her involvement in recruitment, Cassandra deals with all complex integrations, financial aspects of the company, and oversees all operations in conjunction with the wider executive team.
