Dear Mike and the team at automotive employment NZ. Sometimes exemplary service goes unnoticed and unrecognised, as it is very rare to find a company that exceeds the boundaries of what one would call outstanding service.

For me personally I have never used the services of any recruitment agency to secure a position of employment as I felt it was not necessary. This however changed when I contacted your company to pursue a new venture that I really wanted to secure.

I am pleased to inform you that yesterday I signed my new contracts and have absolutely no doubt that I have made the right decision and I am looking forward to joining my new company shortly. I also feel proud in the knowledge that having undergone the selection process, my new company has also made the right choice.

We first made contact with Automotive Employment NZ while I was still off shore. I was taken by your total professionalism, knowledge and sincere friendliness and it includes all other staff members at your company.

You made me feel at ease all the time while I was worried to find the right job quickly and you guided me step by step through the whole process when I needed it most. Arranging interviews and assisted me to achieve a 2 year work permit within 28 working days! When my employer had a problem getting the permit approved; that was no mean feat.

In October 2006 we decided it was time to move and New Zealand was our preferred destination.

So we started, like everybody else, on the Internet and came across Automotive Employment. Their response was quick, friendly and professional. Their information regarding our circumstances was honest and sincere. In our case it was advised that I travel to New Zealand first and my family to follow later. I arrived in Auckland on 18 February 2007, met with Toni two days later (at my request) and she immediately started arranging interviews. Within a week we had secured an offer of employment. Toni and Russell strongly advised me to stay and do the application for visa in New Zealand.
Unfortunately I had to go back and decided to do the application through the local Immigration offices. Things then got complicated and because I was not in New Zealand it made matters worse.
This is where Russell and Toni did discreditable work. When things really got difficult, their support, time and effort to help us were never ending. They just don't believe in "giving up" or "Can't be done". To them everything is possible. Most amazingly they never charged us a cent. It is all part of their service

Well, we arrived in Auckland on 17 September 2007. We have now settled, are delighted to be in New Zealand and enjoying every minute off it.

Finally, we cannot thank Russell and Toni enough for what you have done for us. Without you, we would not be here today!!

On 10th September 2006, we went onto the internet to search for jobs in New Zealand. We got an immediate response from Automotive Employment who requested we call them. We did so and had a telephonic interview with Russell.

On the 18th September 2006 we received a signed offer of employment from one of their clients and started the process to head for New Zealand. On 18th October Ian entered New Zealand, met with Toni Vermeulen, who arranged all his permits and visas. On 31st October 2006 Ian started with his new company.

Sound too easy - IT WAS!! At times we were sure something was going to go wrong or we'd misunderstood and were going to receive a huge invoice from Automotive Employment but we never did. They never charged us a cent, except for what NZIS required. We've been here four months and it was all smooth sailing!!!

I've heard horror stories from other people but we can truly testify to the fact that Automotive Employment, especially Toni, are professional, honest and go way beyond the call of duty. Toni was of assistance 24/7. All our questions and concerns were answered immediately and honestly. She never tried to make things look better than they were, she gave us honest facts at all times, feeding us with practical information and websites to go onto.

We met with the consultants of Automotive Employment NZ Ltd at The London Opportunities New Zealand Expo in Earls Court.

Automotive Employment NZ Ltd assured us there was a range of jobs available and initially we were skeptical, but the company kept assuring us there was no need to organise interviews in advance. After receiving yet another email assuring me that the vacancies would be available through Automotive Employment NZ here, we decided to place our trust in our consultant Toni Vermeulen and Russell Phillips who we had met at the Expo instead of another firm that claimed to have prearranged interviews

For my first stay in New Zealand, we stayed at the Academy Motor Lodge that the company organised for us and it was delightful. I met with Toni Vermeulen only 2kms away from our accommodation the next day. The company immediately organised the first series of interviews within 1 hour of arriving for my meeting with them. Seven interviews were organised!! first in Auckland, then Hamilton on the same day as my meeting with Toni and I attained offers of employment with in both interviews. The next day I had interviews in Taupo, and Rotarua and the following day Hawkes Bay. From here it was back to Hamilton and Auckland.

The first 2 job offers were received on the same day as our meeting with Toni and we ended up with a job offer from not 6 companies but 7 as another interview was organised by Toni in Hamilton. This was all achieved in the different regions outlined within 5 days. We have signed contracts and Russell is now processing our immigration papers as promised.

Do we recommend Automotive Employment NZ? Definitely!!

We moved over from Scotland in August 2005, having contacted Automotive Employment through email and then through personal phone calls with Russell Phillips. With the assurances and professionalism that he showed, we decided that this was a company that we could trust and took him at his word.

So we decided to take the chance of a lifetime, give up our employment, sell our house and move out to New Zealand purely on the advice of Russell.

On arriving in New Zealand, Russell met us at Auckland airport and gave us a brief sightseeing tour of Auckland.

Within three days of arriving in New Zealand, Russell organised interviews for Robert. Within four days he had secured a permanent position with VINZ as a vehicle inspector. Since qualifying as an inspector and moving to a new site in Whangarei, Robert has been made manager of the depot.
