much they rarely complete them as they should, in most cases this
is not work that you can contract out to someone who does not understand

As the owner of a recruitment company you can guarantee
I would not employ my own staff member without them completing a
psychometric assessment; why? Well it's simple, the psychometric
assessments we complete provide a well rounded picture. You find
out information that you would not otherwise: verbal reasoning skills,
what they want in a job, numerical skills, resilience to stress.
Logical reasoning skills and a whole suite of personality attributes.
We cannot recommend a more important step!
If we are recruiting our own staff using psychometric
assessments so should you, we use them because the knowledge gained
since 1991 tells us this is a smart move. The question is if we
are using them because they are so good, why aren't you? Just phone
us this one is common sense.
Be warned, not all psychometric assessments are born
equal; some cheap assessments not utilized by us just do not stack
up. And in our opinion are not worth the paper they are written
on. The first thing you should look at with a psychometric test
is how accurate they are. If they are not accurate don't use them
simple!
Ours are proven so don't miss this step and don't be fooled into
making the most common mistake in recruitment by using cheap tests,
in many cases they can be marginally more accurate than placing
20 cents in the slot of a horoscope machine and are based on similar
principles. All assessments are rated by law. Ask for the factor
analysis rating as this is the measure of accuracy.

When you just want to do the interviewing yourself
but don't have time to coordinate the rest of the process this makes

start to finish, particularly if you wish to save a little money
